The Heart as The Arrow: Workshop with Artist Kat Cays
Join artist Kat Cays for an art making workshop. You'll explore mindful and focused meditation, paying attention non-judgmentally in the present moment. You'll also creativity construct arrows honoring your "Inner Wild" that will symbolically take aim to a purposeful future.
Please bring a coat. As part of the workshop, we'll be walking in LeBauer Park. Also bring 3 or 4 small lightweight objects the size of a quarter or smaller that relate to your past, and a pair of scissors. The objects could include things like feathers, stones, shells, beads, a small note or a dried flower.
